A considered place to stay in Dubai
Hotel ETT was built for travellers who want more than somewhere to put a bag down. The idea behind it is simple: notice what a guest needs before they have to ask for it.
What we are
Seven room categories across 235 rooms, from a Deluxe Room to an Executive Suite with its own living area. A restaurant, a bar, an all-day dining room and a breakfast buffet included with every stay. A spa and a fitness floor. Meeting space, and a team used to arranging things at short notice.
We are in Dubai Silicon Oasis, on the inland side of the city, within reach of Downtown, the airport and the business districts. That location is deliberate: it keeps rates sane and journeys short, and it means the hotel is quiet at the end of the day in a way that a hotel on a main road is not.
How we think about hospitality
Luxury is in the details, and the details are unglamorous. A warm welcome. A room that was properly prepared rather than merely cleaned. A recommendation that turns out to be right. A check-in that takes two minutes instead of twenty. An hour of quiet at the end of a long day.
Put together, those things make a stay feel personal rather than processed. Everything else we do follows from that.
What you can count on
- Breakfast, Wi-Fi, bottled water and a welcome drink included with every stay
- A 24-hour front desk, so arrival time is never a problem
- Airport transfers arranged before you land, on request
- Rooms from US$240 a night, confirmed by a person
- Seven room types, so you are not paying for space you do not need
- A team that answers, in English, quickly
Accessibility
We want the hotel to work for everyone. If you have accessibility requirements, contact us before you arrive — the more notice we have, the more we can prepare properly rather than improvise on the day. Our accessibility statement sets out what we currently support and what we have not yet verified.
Sustainability
Modern hospitality has to account for its impact. We would rather describe what we actually do than make broad claims, so: we are working on practical improvements across operations, guest services and everyday running of the hotel. When there is something specific and measurable to report, it will appear here.
Who runs the hotel
