How changes and cancellations are handled.
Standard reservations
The cancellation window, any deposit, and any charge for late cancellation or no-show are stated in your booking confirmation. The terms in that confirmation are the ones that apply to your reservation.
The specific standard terms have not yet been set for this property and must be confirmed by the hotel before this page is published.
Non-refundable and advance rates
Reservations made on an advance-purchase or non-refundable rate are normally payable in full at the time of booking and cannot be amended or refunded. Where this applies it will be stated clearly before you confirm.
Group and event bookings
Reservations of multiple rooms, and event bookings, are subject to separate terms agreed in writing at the time of contracting.
How to cancel
Contact the hotel using the details on the contact page, quoting your reservation reference. We will confirm any cancellation in writing.
