What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, travel dates and any details you choose to include in your message. If you call or message us, we keep a record of that contact so we can follow it up.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer your enquiry, arrange your stay and provide the services you have asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where it is necessary to deliver a service you requested, such as arranging an airport transfer.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting stay, and then for the period required by applicable UAE record-keeping rules. The exact retention period must be confirmed with the hotel before launch.
Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to certain processing. Contact us using the details on the contact page to make a request.
